Herb Thomas serves as Vice President of Operations for FLINT Corp. In this role, Herb oversees the provision of maintenance and turnarounds, fabrication and modularization, facility construction, pipeline installation, high voltage construction, and electrical and instrumentation services across multiple regions. He develops and executes procedures to improve operational quality and efficiency, guides and supports Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives, and works closely with clients to ensure their current and future needs are met with excellence.
Herb has over 30 years of trade and management experience. He joined FLINT in 2015 as Director of Operations for Northeast British Columbia. Prior to joining FLINT, Herb spent 12 years at Jacobs Canada in a variety of progressive management roles in operations.
