Herb Thomas serves as Vice President, Operations of FLINT Corp. In this role, Herb oversees the provision of maintenance and turnarounds, fabrication and modularization, facility construction, pipeline installation, high voltage construction, and electrical and instrumentation services. Herb develops and executes procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the business. Mr. Thomas guides and supports Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives across the company, implements business development strategies and works with clients to ensure their current and future needs are met with excellence.
Herb has over 30 years of trade and management experience. He joined FLINT in 2015 as the Director of Operations for Northeast British Columbia. Prior to joining FLINT, Mr. Thomas worked at Jacobs Canada for 12 years in a variety of progressive management roles in operations.
