Deloris Rushton serves as Senior Vice President, People & QHSE at FLINT Corp., providing executive leadership for the company’s People, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment functions. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, labour relations, workforce strategy, and QHSE leadership within the industrial and energy sectors, Ms. Rushton brings a broad range of expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, labour relations, and workforce planning. Since joining FLINT in 2014, she has played a key role in shaping the company’s people, culture, and QHSE strategies, leading initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Ms. Rushton is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC). She holds an Advanced Human Resource Management designation from Queen’s University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and has completed the CHRO Program through Wharton Executive Education.
She is passionate about developing leaders, supporting workforce growth, and advancing the HR profession through mentorship and industry engagement.
