Ms. Rushton has over 25 years of human resource experience, specializing in the Oil and Gas Sector. Before joining FLINT in 2014, she held senior human resources and labour relations positions with KBR Industrial Canada, Horton CBI, and SRS Industrial. Ms. Rushton received the Advanced Human Resource Management designation from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
Throughout her career, Ms. Rushton has participated on numerous industry committees addressing labour and workforce development within the Oil and Gas industry. Ms. Rushton is passionate about the growth and development of the Human Resources profession and mentors new Human Resources professionals by sharing her extensive knowledge and valuable experiences.
