Deloris Rushton serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at FLINT Corp. Ms. Rushton and her team focus on fostering a progressive, collaborative, and inclusive culture while driving brand development and organizational growth. With over 25 years of experience in human resources within the Oil and Gas sector, Ms. Rushton joined FLINT in 2014 following senior HR and labour relations roles at KBR Industrial Canada, Horton CBI, and SRS Industrial. She holds an Advanced Human Resource Management designation from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
